The next level
Passion meets professionalism.
Virtuoso Productions is the professional performance division of Rise Above Performing Arts—created for dedicated performers ready to elevate their craft and experience theatre at the next level.
Designed to mirror the expectations and pace of the professional industry, Virtuoso Productions provides artists with a unique opportunity to grow, challenge themselves, and be compensated for their work.
A professional-style process
Condensed. Intensive. Focused.
Unlike traditional rehearsal processes, Virtuoso Productions operates on a condensed, professional-style rehearsal schedule. Rehearsal periods are shorter in overall weeks, but more intensive in structure, featuring longer and more focused rehearsal blocks.
This format replicates the environment working actors experience in regional theatre, touring productions, and professional companies.
Actors are required to arrive at the first rehearsal off-book, ready to dive immediately into staging, character development, and artistic collaboration.
